Workout of the day is:

Every 15 Minutes x 3 sets

  1. Run x 1600 meters (1 Mile)
  1. 3 x Legless Rope Climb
  1. 30 Yard Handstand Walk
  1. 3 x Legless Rope Climb

Elite: As Prescribed

Rx: Use Legs

Scaled: 60 seconds of negative chin ups:
