Workout of the day is:

Every 8 Minutes x 4 sets

  1. Bike x 25/18 Calories
  1. 10 x Front Squat
  1. 20 x Lateral Bar Hop Over
  1. 10 x Burpee

Front Squat Weight:

Men – 185/135/115

Women –  115/95/75 lbs
