Tomorrow’s featured workout is pulled from our K2 High Intensity Interval Training Program
Workout is:
Every 10 minutes x 3 sets
Row x 500 meters
- 10 x Shoulder To Overhead
- 2 x Legless Rope Climb
- 10 x Shoulder To Overhead
Rest until the clock hits 10:00 then repeat
Barbell Weight:
Men – 135/115/95
Women – 115/95/75 lbs
Overhead Lunge Scale Options
Elite – as prescribed
Scaled – Walking Lunge
