Crossfit Workout of The Day

Tomorrow’s featured workout is pulled from our K2 High Intensity Interval Training Program

Workout is:

Every 10 minutes x 3 sets 

Row x 500 meters

  • 2 x Legless Rope Climb

Rest until the clock hits 10:00 then repeat 

Barbell Weight:

Men – 135/115/95

Women – 115/95/75 lbs

Overhead Lunge Scale Options

Elite – as prescribed 

Rx – Front Rack Walking Lunge 

Scaled – Walking Lunge 

Our hiit workouts are designed to get your heart rate up and then challenge you to push and pull.
