Back in 2008, I started personal training at the age of 18 working with general population to help them get in shape and thrive in life.

And I quickly realized one thing:

People wanted to get in shape but had no clue what to do.

I wanted to help people. 💯

Not everyone could afford personal training and some peoples schedules simply didn't align with mine.

So I started a website so I could post workouts online and offer training at a fraction of the cost.

I did that for a years but a lot of people weren't familiar with the terminology and the movements. So I created a video library on my youtube channel.

This way people could reference how to do the exercises by simply clicking a hyper link.

It helped.

But...

Most people were having to look up a ton of exercises to learn the night before.

By the time they went to workout they totally forget what a straight leg bottom balance hold was for example. 😬

So, I invested everything I had into creating a fitness app "a personal trainer in your pocket."

Our fitness app allows you to choose a workout based on:

  • How much time you have available
  • Your goals are
  • What equipment you have available

You select your program and then, just click start and follow along.

Now I'm on a mission to help as many people as possible get back into a fitness routine. 🤙🏻

Our goal is to educate, inspire and motivate you to be the best version of yourself.
