K Squared Fitness is a Virtual personal trainer.
K Squared Fitness Virtual Class:
Our virtual fitness class will be led by myself (personal trainer since 2008) so any modifications that are needed I’m happy to help.
We will give you our best from day one, and we are confident you will love the results you get. If not, you can cancel at any time.
Each class I will provide modifications for challenging exercises and always inspiring motivation!
Working out alone is challenging.
It’s not as fun (although it’s nice to have some time to yourself.)
Over the years of training thousands of people I have learned that people love coaching and instruction.
They just want to know what to do.
I started doing virtual fitness classes because I wanted to help more people.
I wanted to offer a way to get people excited about fitness and knock down any barriers by providing:
Educating, helping with modifications and inspiring others is what I do best.
Virtual classes ranging from 10-60 minutes.
When you join you have the option of taking our foundations class to learn all of the movements.
All of your virtual classes and workouts will be right at your finger tips.

Virtual Fitness Class
This program is designed and created for those who are working out at home with minimal equipment.
When you join you are taken through a foundation course that teaches you the primary movements taught in class.
During foundations week it's just like personal training.
I will take the time to educate you on what good form looks like, how to move properly and also address any limitations you may have.
Once you have completed the optional foundations class you can jump into class!
When you login to our fitness app you will see a list of different fitness programs.
From there you would:

During class I will be providing modifications to you on screen to help you tailor the workout.
Each workout will be split into multiple different segments:
Depending on the day we may focus more on one area but you leave that to me and you worry about showing up 🙂

I have of course my mom, mother in law following along but also have some serious go getters.
Not that they aren't!
Just didn't want your age to limit you from joining.
All levels are welcome, I have something for you within the app.
The Athlete Program is designed for the athletes who want to get stronger, faster, improve their stamina and gymnastic skills. They want to be the best version of themselves, and they will stop at nothing short of that.
You don't have to be an elite athlete to join this program. You just have to be a committed individual who is ready to execute the workout of the day and give it your best.
Although we encourage our clients to eat a healthy, well balanced diet, we will not be providing nutrition coaching as a part of our virtual fitness classes.

You aren't going to need a lot of equipment for our virtual fitness classes.
But hey, you are here to work out so you gotta have some equipment.
Here is what I suggest at a minimum:
Men - 20-35 lbs
Women - 10-35 lbs
I would love for you to have some piece of cardio equipment but it's not necessary.
You can - walk/run your stairs, jump rope, jumping jacks, run in place, etc.
Not optimal but don't let that be your barrier.
I will be taking you through total body workouts just like I do with my personal training clients.
That being said we will be doing corrective exercises to help prevent injuries and keep you safe for the long haul.
Optional Equipment:
I would love for you to have a pull up bar but we will provide options in class if you do not.
Kettlebells are a great piece of exercises equipment and I would love for you to get one in the near future if you do not already have one.
