Last week our second week of “Tuesday and the track” and we had a great turn out even with the pouring rain!
We are excited to get outside and run with you guys. It’s been fun and challenging to run with each of you!

Warm Up: (10 Minutes)
A.
- Run x 400 meters @ 50%
- Perfect Stretch x 10
- Run x 400 meters @ 60
- High Knee x 10 meters
- Butt Kick x 10 meters
- A/B/C Skip x 10 meters
- High Knee, Butt Kick, A/B/C one more time.
Three sets of:
- Stride x 100 meters – increasing speed every 5 seconds
- Rest x 30 seconds
Run Workout (10 Minutes)
For Time:
- Run 1600/1400/1200
Recovery Stretching (10 Minutes)
D.
- Spend 5-10 minutes stretching where needed
Examples:
- Hamstrings
- Hip Flexor
- Calf
- Glute
- Piriformis
- Quads
