Wow after just our third week on the track we are having a great turn out! Lot’s of people saying how much fun they are having, and how they haven’t been on a track in years!
There is something special about being out with a group of encouraging men and women together training!

Warm Up: (10 Minutes)
A.
Two sets of:
- Run x 200 meters
- Jog x 200 meters
Two sets of:
- A/B/C Skip x 10
- Lateral Skip x 10
- Skip For Height x 10
Four sets of:
- Sprint x 20 seconds + Jog x 45 seconds
Run Workout (10 Minutes)
B.
Every 4 Minutes x 5 sets
- Sprint x 60 seconds
Goal distance per interval
Level 1 – 300 meters
Level 2 – 250 meters
Level 3 – 200 meters
Recovery Stretching (10 Minutes)
C.
- Spend 5-10 minutes stretching where needed
Examples:
- Hamstrings
- Hip Flexor
- Calf
- Glute
- Piriformis
- Quads
