The Power Of Consistency Day 7

10:00 Timer Has Started.

I love community because:

  • It brings out the best in me
  • I get competitive and I get a better workout
  • I feel valued as a coach
  • Someone is always cracking jokes and workouts fun
  • It helps with my consistency knowing I can’t just bail on my workout

No matter how strong my mental toughness is you can only “ghost” so much. I call ghosting when you are working you by yourself and you are pushing yourself the best you can or even imagining you are with your friends, your personal trainer, or coach.

But when you train in a group right away your intensity goes up. You might push a little harder, or do a few more reps than you normally would have. This is especially true when everyone is holding an isometric hold for example, the plank. Everyone is up in a plank, and nobody wants to be the first one to drop.

The more people in the group the more likely you are able to match up with someone near your fitness ability too. Having a good workout partner, or accountability group is the best.

I’m very thankful for what has happened for K Squared Fitness is just a few weeks. We are growing our online community and getting more people connected to our K2 Training methods. One client send me a picture of him today he is down 55 pounds. It’s just incredible. It makes me so happy to be a part of peoples journey. I truly care about their success and want the best for everyone.

I know that sounds cliche, but I think it also matters that I have a really good understanding of HOW to get people the results they want. It’s frustrating when you want to accomplish something so bad but you don’t have the tools or resources. I feel confident in our ability to:

  • Help clients find joy in exercise again
  • Become a part of a community
  • Develop mad core strength
  • Reduce injury

Many more but my ten minutes is up

PS

  1. Next time you workout with a group. Tell them thank you.
  2. Thank you for brining out the best in me.

To our K Squared Online Community. THANK YOU!
