WHAT'S INVOLVED ON THE CALL?

Booking a call allows us to have a conversation to discuss your goals. We'll explore what obstacles you are facing and if we can help you we will simply lay out the framework we have created to do so.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to be training at a gym to be accepted for remote coaching? 

No, many of our athletes train from home, some with limited equipment options. We’ll work with what you have available. 

What kind of support/feedback can I expect?

We know how important accountability is. That’s why we will meeting on a weekly basis as well as at minimum, email support and reviewing your training videos. 

I'm done competing, is this still the right program for me?

Many of our athletes just want to get their mind and body right again. We’re going to meet you where you are at and help you get to where you want to be. 

How will I access my workouts?

You will get your workouts and video demos on a google sheet document.
