I (Kevin) will dive into your goals during our private 1-1 zoom or phone on boarding call. I’ll ask questions to help you determine the next best step forward in your fitness journey.
After our call I’ll create a document that will act as a guide for you to progress through the app. You will also receive your immediate action steps – which can often lead to instant breakthroughs.
You will get access to our private facebook group. Here you can meet friends, share workout videos, ask questions and get plugged in!
