Online Athletic Training Program Outline
Working with athletes what is our end goal?
- Prevent injury
- Improve performance
- Win championships
Yes there is more that goes into that but having a clear and defined goal is the first thing we have to establish working with athletes.
First step is to outline and map out your goals.

Don’t rush the goal setting process because that’s what is going to help you show up on the days you don’t wan to.
It’s going to help you stay driven and stay on the path that you have mapped out to reach your goals.
Following A Detailed Program
Athletes need a plan to execute everyday.
To keep them on the right path.
So that they KNOW they. are putting their best foot forward.
In order to do this each athlete needs a plan that’s going to help move the needle day in and day out because they aren’t going to miss.
K Squared Fitness Online Strength & Conditioning
Once we have the athlete define their goals it’s time to put them into a training program that will. set them up for success.
Here is a small example of what a day with K Squared Fitness looks like:
- Warm up
- Muscle Activation
- Speed & Agility (different days will focus on acceleration, agility, power, etc)
- Position Work
Each one of these training blocks has a purpose and we focus on one block at a time.
Throughout the training year and off season we will take athletes through different training cycles.
