K2 Mobility program is designed for those who want to improve mobility and move pain free.

We have athletes who come to us to improve strength with their lifts and we have athletes who might not call themselves athletes that come to us to move pain free.

Our mobility training is not just stretching. We are training strength at your end range of motion using pails/rails technique and kin stretch. 

Don’t worry, you don’t need to know what that means. Are mobility program is virtually guided, you can simply click play on the screen and follow along to the class. 

At the start of each class we give you a few minutes to gather what equipment you might need for the day (foam roller, band, yoga block, etc) and then you simply just follow along through the class.

K2 Mobility program offers a daily mobility class that is 15-2o minutes at length.

When you join you will have access to all of our other training programs (included) but if you follow your own program and want to use this as a supplement, many athletes do that.

Our program each week works on each joint in a progressive model.

It’s kind of difficult to provide a sample day when it’s a virtual class I guide you through.

We are working on mobility so there are a few things we would like for you to have:

  • Foam roller
  • Mobility or lacrosse ball
  • Band
  • Pvc pipe
  • A pair of dumbbells
  • Yoga mat
  • Something to pad your knee

At the start of each class I let you know what we need for today’s mobility program, and we always provide options just in case you might not have something. 

As soon as you sign up you will be sent an email with your login in details to your fitness dashboard.

In your dashboard you will see a video and screen shots on how to download our app. 

In your app you will see:

  • your program and your workout of the day 
  • virtual mobility classes
  • access to additional programs like (mobility training, gymnastics strength/engine, olympic lifting, strength accessory work, and more)

We also encourage you to join the private Facebook community and introduce yourself as well!


Your workout is posted at 12:01 AM central time zone. 

Right now our app only allows you to see what day at time and the reason why we have it set to that is because we only want you focusing on one day at a time. 

We want you to put your best foot forward today, and that’s it. 

We don’t believe in “making up sessions” if you missed it, you missed it.

However, that being said if you feel you need to get the workout simply message one of the coaches and we will get it to you. 







ur classes are 15-20 minutes.

We have found that to be a sweet spot to encourage high consistency. Because let’s be honest, the more we can get you to actually work on your mobility the better.

What we are saying is doing daily or a few times a week of 15-20 minutes of targeted mobility work is better than doing one session for an hour. 

Short classes, so it’s something you can make a part of your routine more regularly.

But there are a ton of great programs and coaches out there. 

We believe in training hard, lifting up those around us and surrounding ourselves with like minded people. 

The way we get like minded people is by molding our community into athletes who:

You will also have a coach with you if you are experiencing some pain or restriction in an area you may need more help with.

The nutrition needs of each athlete can vary so much based on:

  • goals
  • stress
  • performance
  • and many other outside factors

Although we may provide basic guidelines/examples of how to fuel your body for performance we will not be providing a nutrition.

If you have specific nutrition program needs, check out our nutrition coaching program. 

If you get busy, missing a training day, a week or even a month…

…that’s normal. 

We often encourage our athletes to just focus on one day at a time. 

If you fall off track, those days are gone. Focus on what you can do today.

Also, anytime you are struggling with consistency or if you just are having a hard time training reach out to your coaches. 

We want the best for you, and sometimes that means giving you a little extra support. 

You can join our program anytime! The cost is $39/month.

There is also an option to pay for the year in full to drop your rate to $19/month. 

If you ever need a break from training you can simply cancel anytime before your next billing statement and you will not be charged for for the next month. 

And when you are ready to get back to training we will welcome you with open arms.
