Weekends will be partner workouts where you can encourage your spouse, friend, workout partner to join you in on the fun! 

Partner Workout (25 Minutes)

In teams of two: 

Entire workout is synchronized

For Time:

  1. Cardio x 5 minutes
  1. DB Thruster x 50 – video shows kettlebells.
  1. Man Maker x 15

Go directly into:

Use heavier DB’s or KB’s on this set. Less reps = heavier. 

  1. Cardio x 3 minutes
  1. DB Thruster x 30
  1. 10 x Man Maker

Go directly into:

Use heavier DB’s or KB’s on this set. Less reps = heavier. 

  1. Cardio x 2 minutes
  1. DB Thruster x 10
  1. Man Maker x 5 

Recovery ( 5 Minutes) 

All movements x 30 seconds per side

  1. Quad
  1. Lat
  1. Anterior Delt
  1. Barbell Bicep
  1. Adductor
  1. T Spine Opener
