- Cardio x 5 minutes
- DB Thruster x 50 – video shows kettlebells.
Go directly into:
Use heavier DB’s or KB’s on this set. Less reps = heavier.
- Cardio x 3 minutes
- 10 x Man Maker
Go directly into:
