The K2 hiit workout 30 minutes training program is designed for men and women who don't have a lot of time but choose to have an active lifestyle.

Our app for hiit will guide you through a 30 minute-hiit workout that is very much a strength and conditioning style of training. 

Total-body workout ✅

When you sign up for the K2 HIIT Program, you will have access to:

  • Video tutorials for every exercise
  • Access to our app for hiit 
  • Feedback and access to expert coach Kevin

K2 HIIT:

  • Total Body Workouts (cardio, legs, upper body, core)
  • 3 - 5 Days Per Week
  • 30 Minute Workouts

Although we encourage our clients to eat a healthy, well balanced diet, we will not be providing nutrition coaching as a part of the hiit workout 30 minutes training program track.

Your workout will be posted in your app at 12:01 AM (CT)

Each hiit workout will work your entire body. Once you download our app, login and choose your workout the app will guide you through the rest.

You just need to gather the equipment that will be needed for the workout of the day. Which is typically no more than a jump rope, pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a pull up bar would be nice as well. 

But if you don't have one, no worries. 

K Squared Fitness is huge on proper form. That's why we have over 1,000 video tutorials loaded in the app so you can make sure your don't get hurt and are doing what's best for you so you can burn fat and build some muscle right? 

You can workout at home, at the park, it doesn't matter and the app can also work on any device. Tablet, computer, and a phone.

Once you gather your equipment and click start you will see a timer/stopwatch on screen that will guide you through our workouts. Sometimes utilizing an emom workout style (every minute on the minute) and sometimes "set" style. 

This is where we want you to work really hard and then rest for one minute. Then repeat. Something of that nature.

When you are following on screen you can always click on the video to get a full tutorial like this one for mountain climbers. Each video is roughly two minutes, a full video tutorial breakdown.

- Proper plank position and how to keep your core engaged

- Why you should bend both knees when you are standing or doing kb deadlifts 

- Exercises like jump squats and how if you have a wonky left knee like me, how if it goes "in" could be really bad for you.

- Why you shouldn't cross your feet when you do russian twist 

- Proper form on reverse lunges 

- Core exercises
