When I was in high school and college I ran a lot.
I played basketball and I wanted to be so conditioned that the person
guarding me would be exhausted just trying to keep up with me.
But back then (2004-2011) I didn’t know as much as I do now.
I would just do anything I could think of.
And to be honest now that I’m not training for a championship and just
trying to stay in shape I don’t want to “think” about what I’m going to do.
I also don’t want to do the same cardio workout everyday.
It’s gets really boring.
So I sat down for week after week, month after month like I do for all
of the programs I have created and I wrote everything out.
Because if you just come up with something on the fly it’s not going
to challenge you the way you would if you had a coach telling you what
to do. So now, everyday when I do cardio I pull up the K Squared
Fitness and follow along to some awesome cardio workouts.

Hiit Cardio Workouts Program
The K2 Cardio program (cardio hiit workouts) is geared for people who want to level up their conditioning.
Doing the same cardio workouts day in and day out is boring and isn't what is best for you.
To create cardiovascular change you have to challenge your different energy systems.
Aerobic and anaerobic.
I'm sure you have heard of them. We do this with hiit training.
All sorts of different pacing, durations, all the things that I geek out about that you probably don't care to know about.
That's what you will find within this program.
Each week we will provide you 7 workouts each week:

Each hiit cardio workout will take you through a warm up and then an awesome 20-30 minute workout depending on the intensity of the workout.

We are working hard to create a nutrition plan for our clients to be able to follow.
For the time being we will not be provided a nutrition coaching program.
I'm happy to answer general questions for you until we get our nutrition program rolled out.
Although we encourage our clients to eat a healthy, well balanced diet, we will not be providing nutrition coaching as a part of the at home workout routine.

As head Coach, professional athlete and owner of K Squared Fitness, Kevin coaches people to bring out the best version of themselves.
Driven by the desire to change people’s lives through fitness, Kevin has the innate ability to help people achieve what they never thought was possible. Once named Nashville’s Fittest Man, Kevin is now helping others transform their lives with his signature program designed for everyday people and aspiring athletes.
Katie plays an essential role in supporting the K Squared Community. Not only does she manage all of our social media accounts, but also leads our monthly service projects and works hard behind the scenes to ensure a pleasurable experience for our community.
Katie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education, along with her Nutrition Certification through Precision Nutrition. She has seen tremendous success in her own fitness through K Squared Fitness programming and is now motivated to help others achieve their fitness goals too!.
