Virtual Fitness Class

In today’s workout my goal is to guide you through a workout that will:

  • Show you how you can get a great workout from home with minimal equipment.
  • Educate you how to modify exercises to your fitness level to make them harder or easier.
  • Teach you the importance of a well rounded workout program.
A well rounded workout program doesn’t just try to absolutely destroy you every time you workout.
That’s not the goal.
Your workout and exercise should have a balance of stretching, proper warm up, strength training, varied cardio and some time to just reflect and breathe.
Throughout the workout I will provide different modifications for exercises for you to appropriately challenge yourself but if you feel you need additional help feel free to reach out to me.
