K Squared Executive Program is designed to take you through a full body workout in 45-60 minutes. 

Each workout includes:

  1. Warm up (5-10 Minutes)
  2. Core Training (4-7 Minutes) 
  3. Strength Training legs, back, arms, and every muscle in your body. (15 Minutes)
  4. Conditioning to finish your workout. (10 - 20 Minutes)
  • Instructional Videos - each exercise has a hyper link attached so you always know how to perform the movement properly. Like this.K2 Levels - We provide a beginner, intermediate, and advanced option for each workout.
  • Feedback from Katie and Kevin - In order to support you, we want to know you.   
  • How to approach workout plan - Our team will help guide your workout with recommended weights, pacing, or how we would approach the workout.
