Crossfit 22.1 Open Workout Movements
Wall Walk
Wall walks can be challenging on your shoulders, wrist and triceps. But with the low rep (3) crossfit is wanting the stimulus to challenge your ability to keep moving.
So check out the video below on how to be efficient at wall walks.
DB Snatch
DB snatches can especially be taxing on your back especially for 15 minutes. Be sure to drive the dumbbell with your glutes and have a strong punch out position.
Check out the video below on how to have smooth transitions with the dumbbell.
Box Jump Over

For the box jump over the key to going to be about staying smooth and staying low on the box. Check the video above for what I’m referring to.
I believe that’s where the workout will be won.
