Mobility Course (Session 3/3)

Today we will:

  • Work on activating and strengthening your obliques
  • Take you through one of my favorite hip series
  • Show you how to improve your shoulder range of motion

Coaching note:

When we are working on strengthen the end range of motion it is important to really challenge yourself.

Focus on breathing and squeezing and activating as much muscular as possible fighting for every inch of range of motion.
