Mobility Course (Session 1/3)

In today’s lesson my goal is to teach you a few things:

  • Show you the difference in passive stretching.
  • Educate you on how to strengthen your end range of motion.
  • Have your hips feeling better than ever after today’s mobility session! 

Here is what you will need for today:

  • Foam roller
  • Box, bench, your couch, something to put your leg up on to.

  • Couch Pails & Rails
  • 90/90 Rotations
  • 90/90 Pails & Rails
  • Lat Lunge + Rotation
