We started K Squared Fitness in 2019 because, like you, we are pretty obsessed with fitness. Whether it’s competing in Crossfit™, spartan races, triathlons, running events or anything challenging. We love something that challenges our discipline and dedication. We wanted to create a community of like minded people who fit that mold. We are committed to provided elite programming to help athletes rise to the next level.
Over the years, we’ve become a trusted site for competitive and aspiring Crossfit athletes helping thousands of athletes with our programming.
At K Squared Fitness, our mission is simple: to do hard things, have a blast training and help take our athletes performance to the next level. Our programming will help you improve mobility, become more proficient at gymnastics, build a robust engine, get stronger/fitter and basically become super human. Jk. But we will help you become the best version of yourself. We believe in meeting athletes where they are at – because that’s the way it should be. We feel it’s important to share and provide as much education as possible.

The K Squared Fitness team has one goal – to help you enjoy training while helping you improve your performance. We’ve spent years getting the best certifications, collaborating with the biggest names in fitness, and countless hours of experimenting and testing to provide programming that actually works. You can always count us on to provide quality fitness education in depth, de-bunk the latest fitness trends and provide detailed programming.

Kevin has been working with athletes since 2008. He has worked with competitive and aspiring Crossfit athletes around the world with his online coaching and program design. Kevin has a number of certifications CPT, CES, PES, XPS PN1, PN2

Katie makes all things possible at K Squared Fitness. Without her, the workouts and the operation side of things would not be possible.
