30 Minute Hotel Workout

Give this total body workout a try next time you are on the road with limited equipment.

Start a timer for 30 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible during that time. Check it out here

1. Run x 800 meters** (.50) 

**5 minute cap. If it’s been five minutes and you haven’t reach .50, move on.

Suggested distances to reach:

Level 1 – .50

Level 2 – .43

Level 3 – .35

2. Alternating Reverse Lunge x 40 (total) you can break them up.

3. Single Arm Push Press x 20

Start off slow to moderate on the run then get faster each set.

For example:

My runs were

Round 1 – 7.0

Round 2 – 7.5

Round 3 – 8.0

Round 4 – 8.5

Then I had 1 minute remaining in my 30 minutes and ran at a 9 to finish strong.
